The Harrison City Volunteer Fire Department Pavilion is the perfect place for your family gathering, graduation party, or any other outdoor celebration. The pavilion has running water, electric, electric stoves, refrigerators, and restrooms to make your gathering as easy as possible. In addition to the features already listed, the pavilion also has horseshoe pits (horseshoes provided ) and a volleyball court (volleyball is provided ). The pavilion can be rented any day of the week, beginning  April through September.

 2026 Rate will be $300.00 a day

If someone else is paying for your rental date, that person or party needs to indicate that in the memo section of their check. You can also attach a note with the check indicating the rental date.   

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date. 

One week prior to your rental date the remaining $250.00 is due.

The renter is responsible for any damages to the pavilion.

From Pittsburgh, PA:

• Rt. 376 East (Parkway East) to Murrysville Exit (Route 22 East)
• Route 22 East to McDonalds (the 8th red light from the Parkway East)
• Turn Right at McDonalds onto Trafford Road
• Cross railroad tracks and bear left onto Pleasant Valley Road
• Stay on Pleasant Valley Road until you get to a red light (approx 5-6 miles).
• At the red light, Rite-aid Drug will be on your left.
• Turn Left onto Rt. 130 East
• Follow Rt. 130 East to Harrison City (2-miles).
• At the first light past Penn-Trafford High School, Turn Right onto Rt.993 (HC/Manor Road)
• Make the third left into the pavilion.

From Greensburg, PA:

• Rt. 130 West through Jeannette to Harrison City
• At the first light in Harrison City, Citgo Gas will be on your right.
• Proceed to the next light. Turn left onto HC/Manor Rd (Rt.993)
• Make the third left into the pavilion.

From the Irwin Interchange, PA Turnpike:

• Rt. 30 East
• At second light (at Sheetz) Turn Left onto Thompson Lane
• At stop sign Turn Left onto Pennsylvania Ave.
• The first right will be First Street. Turn Right onto First Street.
• Proceed on First Street (stay straight) to Hill Street.
• At Stop sign Turn Right. At next Stop Sign Turn Left onto HC/Manor Road.
• Stay on HC/ Manor Road for about 2-miles.
• The pavilion will be located on your right just before the light.
