Rescue 87 Assist In Wreck With Heavy Entrapment

July 11

In the early morning hours of July 8th 2014, Rescue 87 was alerted to respond to Route 130 in the area of Bobnick Lane, to assist Station 9 who was on scene of a wreck with confirmed entrapment and entanglement. January 11

At 0823 hours on Jan 11th 2014, Station 87 was activated to respond to Sunnyfield Ct for a possible lightning strike to a house. Stations 7, 9, 63, and 106 were activated for the assist. Chief 87 arrived on scene with nothing showing from the exterior of the residence. Truck 87 was the first unit on scene. Odor in building prompts evacuation.

January 11

At 1655 hours on Jan 10th 2014, Station 87, as well as Engine 3, Engine 13, Truck 20, Stations 7, 9, 63, and 106 were activated to respond to Value Behavioral Health on Pleasant Valley Rd for a odor of natural gas in the building.
