I just want to thank all of the people who helped get me out of my Honda Odyssey van on the Harrison City-Export Road on Tuesday evening November 24,2009. I am very fortunate to have only received minor injuries although the van was a total loss.Securing my car on the hillside obviously had a lot to do with my not having injuries to my complete right hip replacement which was done in June. I also want to commend Rescue 6 and their people for the care and thoughfulness they displayed in extricating and transfering me to the hospital. Thanks also to the good samaratins who stopped and called 911 and loaned me their cell phone to call my husband to get my frozen food out of my car. You helped save a little bit of my Happy? Thanksgiving. You do not get enough credit and praise for all you do , but I and my family really appreciate your committment to the community. Thanks again and God Bless all of YOU.

I appreciate all that the volunteer firemen do for their communities, without their selfless efforts we would pay higher taxes, etc. I am happy to be able to do my small part (in addition to my annual donation) by supporting our local club.
